About FSM
FSM is the Bible college of Fireplace Church
in Madison, Indiana.
Our Story
Joey and Jenny, the founding and senior leaders of Fireplace Church, trained at the Brownsville Revival School of Ministry in Pensacola, Florida, and spent years serving in ministry and church planting across the country. When the Lord brought them back to their hometown of Madison, Indiana, He began to speak — through a series of prayer meetings with a handful of people — about a place they were to build:
A place for Him. A place of His presence.
A place of prayer. A place marked by fire.
“The fire must be kept burning; it must not go out.” — Leviticus 6:13
That place became Fireplace Church. FSM is its Bible college — raising up ministers out of that same house of prayer, formed in the Word and sent out with fire.
What We Believe
FSM shares the beliefs of Fireplace Church. Read them in full →
Jesus Christ is eternally God — with the Father and the Holy Spirit from the beginning — who became man for our redemption: forever one Christ, fully God and fully man.
The Old and New Testaments are alone the infallible, inspired Word of God. Its authority is ultimate, final, and eternal — the source of all doctrine, instruction, correction, and reproof.
There is only one God, eternally existent in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — the testimony of both the Old and New Testaments.
We believe in the Person, gifts, and move of the Holy Spirit — who empowers the saints for service and witness, and conforms us to the image of Christ.

The Path
It began with a handful of people in Madison, Indiana, seeking the Lord together in prayer.
